Remodeling can be exciting but it can also be stressful. Our strategic project managing and planning takes the burden off of your shoulders. We prioritize communication and take the initiative informing you about your project daily. Please see below our process.
ESTIMATE
We offer on site free first time estimates. We also are able to provide estimates online. Just submit to us via email pictures and your ideas. For best accurate estimates, it is recommended a site visit and in person communication can be conducted. The estimate you'll receive will show an outline of the scope of work along with an cost of the project and possibly a supporting rendering!
DESIGN
This stage is paramount to the success of the project. After finalizing the scope and final selections, a contract is provided along with the company's terms and conditions. A material draw is collected so that orders can be placed and cover the first phase of labor. Permitted jobs gets placed under review. Once all of the materials and permits are ready and approved, an exact start date can be set.
EXECUTION
The construction period can be a very exciting time. Huge undertakings is made and a lot of action is happening. We do our due diligence to keep the communication strong and transparent. There may be change orders or instances that can go against our plans but we ensure you that our expertise will always find solutions. We do a final walk through after the work is complete to make sure tings were done to satisfactory and have met our expectations.
